Looking for help?

You are not alone, we are here to help

We are a campaigning group made up of individual rape crisis centres. If you need help, each centre will be able to help you.

Have you recently been raped or sexually assaulted?

If you’re injured or feel unsafe right now, calling 999 is the quickest way to get immediate help. If you’re safe but need support, you can reach out to one of our member centres or call the Rape Crisis Scotland National Helpline.
